Do you ever feel like you’re speaking a different language or living in a different reality than some of your coworkers? Our differences aren’t about who’s right or who’s wrong. We just have different personalities and different perspectives. This training will give you an opportunity to explore a variety of individual personality traits, with a goal of greater understanding of (and patience with) each other. We also cover why differences among team members are so valuable.
