Tobacco-Free Workforce Affidavit

Engle Printing & Publishing Co., Inc. (EPC) encourages its employees to practice good health habits that will promote their well-being. Wellness initiatives that have been implemented are designed to prevent illness, improve quality of life and decrease health care costs. Effective January 1, 2026, we are continuing these initiatives by providing a tobacco-free premium reduction in the health coverage payroll deduction to employees/spouses who are enrolled in the EPC Benefit (Health) Plan and certify that they are “tobacco-free.” A Tobacco-Free Affidavit must be completed and returned to Human Resources by December 26, 2025. Affidavits not returned by December 26, 2025, will be treated the same as if participation in the EPC Tobacco-Free initiative has been declined for 2026.

The Tobacco Free Coalition of Lancaster County is a group united by the common concern over tobacco use in Lancaster County. Every year over 480,000 Americans die from tobacco-related diseases... that's about one in five deaths.
