The Tobacco Free Coalition of Lancaster County is a group united by the common concern over tobacco use in Lancaster County. Every year over 480,000 Americans die from tobacco-related diseases... that's about one in five deaths. Smoking causes more deaths each year than all of these combined: Human immunodeficiency virus (HIV), Illegal drug use, Alcohol use, Motor vehicle injuries, and Firearm-related incidents.
